“Endoscopic papillectomy for the complete resection of a pedunculated intra-ampullary papillary-tubular neoplasm

confined within a choledochocele”

has been published in the Clinical Journal of Gastroenterology.

This case report describes the successful en bloc endoscopic papillectomy of an intra-ampullary papillary-tubular neoplasm (IAPN) arising within a choledochocele, a condition rarely reported in the literature.

This case demonstrates the clinical value of minimally invasive endoscopic treatment in such cases.
