このたび、井上晴洋教授の論文
“Dynamic functional evaluation of the anti-reflux mechanism with simultaneous endoscopy and manometry as a provocative test”が Endoscopy (E-videos)に掲載されました。

本報告では、endoscopic functional study integrated system（EFSIS） を用いた臨床応用例が示されています。
EFSISは、endoscopic pressure study integrated system（EPSIS） と high-resolution manometry（HRM） を統合し、LES・UES・食道蠕動を含む逆流防止機構をリアルタイムに動的評価できる新しいシステムです。
