The 6th ARMS/ARMA/ARMP Conference was held on October 4, 2025, at Showa University Koto Toyosu Hospital.

This meeting focused on endoscopic therapies for gastroesophageal reflux disease (GERD), specifically ARMS (Anti-Reflux Mucosectomy), ARMA (Anti-Reflux Mucosal Ablation), and ARMP (Anti-Reflux Mucosal Plication), providing a forum to exchange the latest insights and techniques.Active discussions took place through lectures, video sessions, and case presentations on practical topics such as treatment indications, postoperative assessment, and procedural innovation.
Members of our department participated as presenters, session chairs, and live demonstration operators, sharing their clinical expertise and experiences.The conference continues to promote the advancement and standardization of minimally invasive endoscopic therapies for GERD.
