Report on Participation in JDDW2025

From October 30 to November 1, 2025, we participated in the 33rd Japan Digestive Disease Week (JDDW 2025) held in Kobe.
This large-scale congress included the 67th Annual Meeting of the Japanese Society of Gastroenterology, the 110th Congress of the Japan Gastroenterological Endoscopy Society, the 29th Annual Meeting of the Japan Society of Hepatology, the 23rd Annual Meeting of the Japanese Society of Gastroenterological Surgery, and the 63rd Annual Meeting of the Japanese Society for Cancer of the Colon and Rectum.
With more than 20,000 participants, the meeting provided valuable opportunities to gain the latest knowledge and technological innovations across diverse disciplines beyond our own specialty.
Our Digestive Diseases Center presented a total of eight abstracts.
Each presentation led to active and constructive discussions, making it a meaningful experience for all presenters.
In the exhibition area, we had the opportunity to experience firsthand the latest developments in endoscopic devices, accessories, and AI technologies, which highlighted the rapid pace of innovation in the field.
Through this enriching experience, we have renewed our determination to apply what we learned to daily clinical practice and continue striving to provide high-quality medical care to our patients.
In addition to our faculty’s presentations, we were also inspired by many excellent studies from other institutions and disciplines, further motivating us in our clinical and academic pursuits.
We would like to express our sincere gratitude to all colleagues who managed routine clinical duties during the conference period.
