The 2nd JGES International was held on September 11–12, 2026, at the Toshi Center Hotel in Tokyo.
JGES International is an international congress organized by the Japan Gastroenterological Endoscopy Society (JGES), bringing together gastrointestinal endoscopists from Japan and around the world to share the latest advances in endoscopic diagnosis and treatment.
Many physicians from our center participated in the congress and presented our latest clinical and research achievements in a wide range of fields, including ESD and EFTR, functional endoscopy, endoscopic treatment for GERD, pancreatobiliary endoscopy, and endoscopic defect closure.
On the second day of the congress, our center also served as one of the sites for the Live Demonstration. Endoscopic procedures performed at our hospital were broadcast live to the congress venue, providing a valuable opportunity to share our techniques and treatment strategies with endoscopists from Japan and abroad.
We will continue to incorporate the knowledge and experience gained through this congress into our clinical practice and research and strive to provide safer and higher-quality endoscopic care.
